The University Hill Public Safety Association brings together the chiefs and directors of security from the institutions located on University Hill. The UHPSA provides a vehicle for addressing any common security issues on the Hill.

Members represent critical emergency providers from health care institutions, major employers, educators, and hospitality facilities. Members meet regularly to exchange information and discuss specific cases related to the safety and security of the area.

UHPSA developed and maintains “Hillnet,” a cooperative radio system that allows multiple agencies to contact each other.
